In-Home Board Certified Behavior Analyst - BCBA at Action Behavior Centers
Summary:
This role offers a unique opportunity to work with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will provide specialized care and case management, developing individualized treatment plans and leading a team of therapy providers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide case management for a caseload of 8 FTE children on the autism spectrum.
- Complete initial intake and recurring assessments using specific assessment tools.
- Collect data and create individualized treatment plans for each child.
- Provide 30 treatment hours per week for your clients.
- Provide Family Guidance on a consistent basis.
- Lead and educate your dedicated team of Registered Behavior Therapists.
- Collaborate with a team of like-minded individuals dedicated to living ABC's core values.
- Discharge and Transition Planning for children on your caseload.
Requirements:
- Currently a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or sitting for your BCBA exam within one month.
- A passion for working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families.
