Overview:
As a Secretary for our Insurance agency, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, supporting the executive team, and providing excellent customer service to our clients. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Greet clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, memos, and other documents as needed.
Assist with data entry and maintain client information databases.
Assist with organizing office events, meetings, and trainings.
Ensure that sensitive information is handled with discretion and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
