Job Overview: Fire Sprinkler Sales Manager (Tulsa metro)
Action Fire Protection is a full-service locally-owned fire protection firm with locations in the Oklahoma City and Tulsa metros. We are currently seeking a Sales Manager to lead our project sales efforts in the Tulsa metro area.
What you’ll do:
As a full-time sales manager, you will primarily be responsible for estimating and selling project-related fire protection sprinkler systems and service within the Tulsa metropolitan area. The individual responsible for this role will pursue project leads from the estimating/budgeting phase through to sales/closing. The desired candidate will have a proven track record of fire sprinkler project sales with past fire sprinkler system installation experience.
Responsibilities Include:
- Conduct site surveys and identify system requirements for new construction and remodel projects
- Ability to read blueprints and familiarity with current NFPA 13 and 13R standards and local codes
- Pursue project leads from estimating/budgeting through to sales/close
- Conduct site surveys and identify fire suppression requirements
- Develop and maintain an active sales pipeline and project backlog
- Develop and maintain new and existing customer relationships
This role requires a self-motivated, organized, team-oriented individual who enjoys building customer relationships and pursuing sales goals.
DesiredQualifications
- 5 years of fire sprinkler industry experience, including experience as a fire sprinkler technician
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and detail-oriented.
- Good reputation among industry peers
- Familiar with basic computer/app software (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Valid driver’s license and a clean motor vehicle report that will allow for driving of company vehicles.
- Pass random drug testing.
- Submit to a pre-employment background check.

Pay: Base salary to commensurate with experience. Generous commission plan.
