Job Requirements
Action for Boston Community Development is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to serve as our Center Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our early childhood programs, including implementation of a developmentally appropriate and culturally responsive curriculum, recruitment planning, and accurate record keeping.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, supervision, and leadership, as well as experience working with ethnically and culturally diverse staff and families. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, families, and community partners.
Key Qualifications
- Master's degree in early childhood education or human services management.
- Minimum of three years' experience in leadership/management and supervisory roles.
