Staff Supervision and Support
The Youth Services Program Leader is responsible for supervising and supporting center staff to ensure excellent performance and high-quality services for children and families. The successful candidate will also develop and implement effective strategies to promote collaboration among staff members and foster a positive work environment.
Main Duties:
- Supervise and evaluate center staff, providing coaching and support to ensure excellent performance.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to promote high-quality services and programs for children and families.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to state and federal regulations.
- Cultivate partnerships with local organizations and community agencies to enhance services and expand opportunities for children and families.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in leadership/management and supervisory roles, preferably in Head Start settings.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret and implement complex policies and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
