Please be aware you will be training in our Clifton location.
We are looking for an experience Bakery assistant who will be able to work on the assembly line, assist the bakery area procuring supplies, packaging and labeling of product.

Schedule 9am- 6pm or Flexible schedule.

We are looking for an experience Bakery assistant who will be able to work on the assembly line, assist the bakery area procuring supplies, packaging and labeling of product.
Requirements:
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Good observation skills.
- An ability to identify weaknesses and provide coaching where necessary.
- Applicants will also be expected to be able to work on their feet for several hours at a time and lift potentially heavy objects when necessary.
- Assistants must maintain quality standards of our baked good products.
- Read, understand, and follow recipes, organizing packages and customer service tasks.
- Complete initial training, and weekly training requirements.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
- Ensure finished products meet food safety and quality controls.
