Essential Job Duties and Functions :
Program and operate a CMM :
- Analyze and interpret blueprints, data, manuals, and other materials.
- Revise programs to maximize effectiveness & efficiency.
- Lead the identification and implementation of improvements to the Quality Management System.
- Support Change Management processes to ensure customer requirements are achieved.
- Provides QA support to the company bid and proposal process through review of customer-feasible engineering and related data and development of quality and inspection plans.
- Investigate and resolve manufacturing-related issues.
- Perform product-ability assessments for part or produce designs.
- Provide product-ability input to design, manufacturing processes, and manufacturing technologies to meet cost and schedules.
