Job Summary: Conduct comprehensive site assessments at multifamily residential buildings for opportunity to deliver energy efficiency, decarbonization, and electrification services. Develop and implement work scopes within programmatic guidelines. Liaise between ownership/management, installation contractors, and residents to deliver high quality work scopes. Assure that work is completed to program standards and assure that all relevant paperwork is in order for billing and reporting purposes.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, NON-EXEMPT

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments at income eligible multifamily residential buildings
- Develop recommendations and work scopes pertaining to energy efficiency, decarbonization, electrification, and health and safety within the programs approved measures
- Delegate work to installation contractors within approved competitive bidding and/or procurement guidelines
- Conduct in process and final QC/QA inspections to assure quality installation to programmatic standards
- Review and approve contractor billings for payment
- Assure contractors have proper training, licensing, and all program requirements to participate in program.
- Assure all jobs have proper signed contracts, permits, and other needed documents.
- Maintain working knowledge of all software used in the program.
- Liaise between energy providers, contractors, owners, customers, and all other parties involved throughout the administrative and technical processes.
- Provide timely and accurate data as requested by managers and funding sources.
- Cover service area throughout Massachusetts.
- Attend and participate in departmental, organization-wide and other meetings.
- Act in the best interest of the organization, reflecting the values of teamwork, collaboration, and mutual respect.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Second language desired.
Experience & Education:
- 5 years experience in building/construction/energy installation trade.
- Drivers' license required and reliable daily transportation.
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to bend, stoop, stand, kneel and sit for long periods, able to carry and climb ladders and lift up to 50 lbs.
