3rd Shift Flex-Brush Operator

Job Summary
We are seeking a 3rd Shift Flex-Brush Operator to join our Action Industries manufacturing team.

Duties

Flex-brush Operator - is responsible for setup, start, and operating the Flex-brush machine.

Requirements

The desired candidate:

· Experience in operating automated machinery would be preferred.

· Have a strong mechanical aptitude.

· Able to understand complex machinery.

· Problem solver and ability to think on their feet.

· Passionate

· Willing to learn

· Excellent work ethic

· Be able to be on time every day

· Perform the tasks at hand and follow instructions.

We will provide training for our specific process during employment. Wages vary, depending on position with potential for higher pay with proper experience. Potential for advancement in this career is guaranteed for those willing to learn!
