Injection Molding Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking an Injection Mold Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining injection molding machines to produce high-quality products efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Set up and operate injection molding machines
- Monitor the production process to ensure product quality
- Perform quality inspections using precision measuring instruments
- Troubleshoot equipment and process issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times

Qualifications
-Ensure injection molding machines, auxiliary equipment, and processes are set to regulation parameters, meet quality standards and all production goals.
-Set up and start up molding machines, read blueprints, and check products with calipers, and other testing methods and devices.
-Provide feedback on mold design and assist Engineering to dial in each mold for optimal cycle time and quality.
-Operate, Monitor and troubleshoot processing problems, perform preventive maintenance tasks, and document process changes.
-Familiar with all aspects of scientific molding and mythologies of over molding processes. -Understand the variables of components and raw a material.
-Actively demonstrating support through interactions with solid communication skills, attitude, dedication, commitment, respect, pride and trust.
-Good verbal and written communication.

We will provide training for our specific process during employment. Wages vary, depending on position with potential for higher pay with proper experience. Potential for advancement in this career is guaranteed for those willing to learn!
