STAFFING CONNECTION IS seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Secretarial Assistant to join one our local clients dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations by managing various administrative tasks. This position requires excellent organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and proficiency in office management. The Secretarial Assistant will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
Duties
- 4 YEARS EXPERIENCE AS SECRETARY/ADMIN AASST.
- 4 years of Customer service experience
- 4 years of ACCCOUNTING EXPERIENCE –Payroll, payroll taxes, provide reports to management, etc.…
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while answering calls and directing them appropriately.
- Operate phone systems efficiently to manage incoming and outgoing communications.
- Maintain organized files and records for easy retrieval of information.
- Support office management tasks, including inventory management and supply
- Strong data entry skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Familiarity with calendar management tools and scheduling software.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload effectively.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and willingness to learn new skills.
