What are the responsibilities and job description for the Spanish Bilingual Warehouse Operations Manager position at Action Logistics, Inc?
• Provide leadership for the company with employee relations through effective communications,
coaching, training, development and improvement of working relationships.
• Responsible for submitting and approving customer invoices.
• Reviewing P&L statements for the site.
• Responsible for all new hire on boarding to include - issuing new hire paperwork, I-9 verifications, etc.
• Benefits enrolment - responsible for ensuring all new hires submit benefits enrolment forms by required
deadlines.
• Responsible for scheduling the workforce as well as tracking attendance on employees.
• Responsible for pre-shift meetings and ensuring turnovers are transitioned smoothly.
• Responsible for reviewing work instructions for the facility and ensuring having the most current
requirements for the clients.
Maintaining employee roster and candidate pipeline for accuracy.
• Responsible for implementation of the company safety program and customer site safety program (if
applicable) and conducting weekly operations and OSHA safety audits and observations ..
• Uses independent judgment and decision-making skills to promote organizational goals
• Responsible for implementing reconciliation program (whole number tie out, daily} to ensure data entry
in company activity tracking system is accurate.
• All other duties as assigned for the successful execution and/or completion of various projects whether
or not specifically assigned

Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
