Duties

- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with transportation planning teams to optimize logistics and delivery schedules.
- Supervise warehouse staff, providing training and support to ensure high performance.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to warehouse operations.
- Participate in budgeting processes to ensure cost-effective management of resources.
- Support production planning efforts by coordinating material availability with production schedules.
- Drive process improvement initiatives using lean methodologies to streamline workflows.
Experience
- Proven experience in supply chain management or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with transportation planning and materials management practices.
- Demonstrated ability in supervising teams and managing personnel effectively.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement techniques, including lean principles.
- Experience with budgeting and financial planning within a warehouse or manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
