You will work closely with our production team to uphold our high-quality standards. Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Basic math and computer skills
- Strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience operating machines in a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles
- Experience with quality control processes
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
Responsibilities
- Assist in the operation of machines and equipment
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet our standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic machine issues
Skills
As a Machine Assistant or Machine Operator, you will leverage your attention to detail and technical skills to ensure our machines run efficiently and produce high-quality products.
