Responsibilities:

Answer incoming phone calls and assess the urgency of job requests

Assist with daily office tasks and organization

Gather job information and prepare reports and paperwork

Create and maintain both physical and digital job folders

Collect and organize receipts from crew leaders

Compile invoices weekly and send them to the main office with accurate information

Submit reports and receipts to the main office weekly or monthly as needed

Use Microsoft Word and Excel for report creation, data entry, and general documentation
Qualifications:

Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to prioritize tasks and handle time-sensitive information

Previous experience in administrative or office support preferred
