We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Conformal Coating Operator to join our team. This position involves applying spray coating to printed circuit board assemblies (PCBA) manually or by operating a conformal coating machine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply conformal coating to PCBAs either manually or using automated coating equipment.
- Ensure coatings are applied accurately and uniformly according to specifications.
- Inspect coated assemblies for quality and address any discrepancies.
- Maintain and clean conformal coating equipment as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Requirements:
- High attention to detail and precision.
- Ability to operate machinery and follow technical instructions.
- Previous experience in PCB assembly or manufacturing is a plus.
- Willingness to work second shift (training on first shift).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
