We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in a full-time capacity. The ideal candidate will work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and bring a strong combination of technical and interpersonal skills to excel in this role. If you are organized, reliable, and thrive in a team-oriented environment, we’d love to hear from you!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Perform accurate and efficient data entry into company systems.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks to ensure timely completion.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a high level of office etiquette and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to support overall business objectives.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and data entry systems.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage workload effectively.
  • Outstanding verbal communication skills, including a professional phone demeanor.
  • Ability to demonstrate a positive and team-oriented attitude.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
