Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Perform accurate and efficient data entry into company systems.
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a high level of office etiquette and professionalism in all interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to support overall business objectives.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
