Essential Duties:
- Receive job assignments from supervisor or department manager.
- Review BOM (Bill of Materials) and routing information for the assigned job.
- Off-load products from machines during runs as instructed.
- Inspect and evaluate parts and processes for quality conformance.
- Trim parts using prescribed methods.
- Apply labels to parts or packaging per specifications.
- Package parts for shipment according to instructions.
- Prepare boxes by folding lids before cleaning equipment or floors.
- Maintain a clean workstation throughout the shift.
- Follow quality standards and documentation requirements.
- Properly handle non-conforming products as directed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Advanced Duties:
- Assist with material retrieval or machine servicing in the absence of setup personnel.
- Perform secondary milling on auxiliary equipment as needed.
Qualifications:
