Responsibilities:
- Produce products that are safe, legal, and of excellent quality.
- Accurately print pallet and box labels using the computer system.
- Correctly label and package finished goods.
- Effectively read and interpret production orders.
- Ensure product quality meets both customer and company standards.
- Perform basic quality checks for proper measurements, absorption, and seal strengths.
- Safely assist Operators with material breakouts and machine cleaning.
- Efficiently load new materials onto machines and unload finished goods.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications:
- Consistent, reliable, and predictable attendance.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Capacity to work at a fast pace.
- Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts.
- Ability to routinely lift between 15-40 pounds.
- Proficiency in operating a scale, reading weights, and understanding weight variations.
- Competence in recording weights and maintaining supporting paperwork.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility to work extended hours to meet business requirements.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Schedule: 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
