We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Maintenance Administrative Coordinator to support a large-scale inventory cycle project and the implementation of a new maintenance system in our manufacturing facility. This role requires strong administrative skills, advanced proficiency in Excel, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Required Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the inventory team to collect, organize, and analyze inventory data.
- Perform accurate and timely data entry to support the inventory cycle project.
- Assist with the implementation of a new maintenance system, including data migration and setup.
- Monitor and ensure proper inventory levels are maintained.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of an effective inventory management system.
- Generate detailed reports and summaries in Excel to support project tracking and decision-making.
- Communicate effectively through written and verbal means, providing clear and accurate instructions as needed.
- Exhibit strong organizational and planning abilities to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Adobe software.
- Leverage advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
- Prioritize and multi-task efficiently with minimal supervision while meeting established deadlines.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather and verify critical information.
