This is an entry-level maintenance role focused on performing preventive maintenance for the assembly and molding departments, along with limited corrective maintenance throughout the facility.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Assist with maintenance calls during shift.

Support correction of equipment issues.

Participate in machine building and rebuilding.

Conduct routine facility checks for safety and security, including inspecting parking areas, exits, and identifying potential hazards.

Complete work orders and related documentation.

Help maintain parts inventory.

Perform tasks such as painting, construction, concrete repair, fabrication, and plumbing as needed.

Review maintenance procedures for alignment with quality standards.

Keep workstation clean during each shift.

ADVANCED DUTIES

Track and conduct preventive maintenance on equipment (e.g., lubrication, temperature checks, filter changes, calibration) according to schedule/checklist.

Apply corrective measures to bring procedures back into acceptable range.

Troubleshoot, adjust, and address equipment issues.
QUALIFICATIONS
