This role requires expertise in Process Technician Auxiliary Equipment, Machine Operations, Mold Handling, and Troubleshooting within an Injection Molding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow predefined processes for both new and inherited tools.
- Optimize manufacturing processes for continuous improvement and efficiency.
- Monitor process performance and develop criteria for ongoing quality and production improvements.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of injection molding experience (2 years preferred).
- Working knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and programming.
- Experience with controlled machines and their operations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Must provide personal tools and toolbox.
