We are seeking an entry-level Through-Hole Prep Assembler to support our through-hole prep area. The primary responsibility is to prepare component parts for assembly. This role includes potential cross-training in additional tasks such as manually inserting through-hole electronic components into printed circuit boards (often referred to as "stuffing") and performing some mechanical assembly work. The ability to follow detailed documentation and specifications is essential.
Shift:
- First Shift: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 am – 3:30 pm
- Friday: 6:00 am – 10:00 am

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and organize component parts for assembly in the through-hole prep area.
- Potentially cross-train to load through-hole components manually into printed circuit boards and assist with mechanical assembly tasks.
- Accurately follow bills of materials, drawings, and other specification documents.
Requirements:
- Strong dexterity and ability to handle small components with precision.
- Good hand/eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, written instructions, and routers.
- Mechanically inclined with experience using small hand tools.
- Ability to focus on tasks with minimal distraction.
- Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and workmanship.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with IPC Standards.
- Knowledge of component identification.
- Background or experience in electronics or electronic manufacturing.
