This role requires the ability to recommend and sell services , provide expert advice on automotive service needs, and ensure customers receive the highest level of service.
Prior experience in an automotive dealership service department is a strong plus , but we are willing to train the right candidate with a passion for customer service and sales.
Key Responsibilities :
- Communicate with customers to understand their vehicle needs and recommend appropriate services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through trust and transparency.
- Educate customers on required and recommended services to enhance vehicle longevity.
- Work closely with technicians and service staff to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Provide accurate estimates, process repair orders, and ensure timely service completion.
