Responsibilities:
- Process and reassign vehicle titles for units sold through the auction.
- Review vehicle titles to ensure they meet all applicable requirements.

- Complete title processing promptly as deals become eligible.
- Resolve title discrepancies by working with dealership staff and regulatory agencies.
- Stay current with DMV laws and regulations; interpret state-specific titling requirements.
- Generate and review outstanding title reports; follow up with sellers on missing titles.
- Perform daily balancing activities and post transactions accurately.
- Maintain title-related schedules and documentation.
- Conduct regular title and tag audits.
- Support office management with additional duties as assigned.
