Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Administer physical therapy interventions, including exercises and modalities, to improve patient mobility and function.
- Educate patients and families on treatment protocols and home exercise programs.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and effective discharge planning.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with medical standards
Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license
- Strong patient care skills with a focus on outpatient therapy
- Strong manual therapy skills
- In-depth knowledge of anatomy and physiology
- Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation
- Experience in discharge planning and developing care plans
