What You’ll Do :

Install and commission HVAC systems in residential homes

Complete installation closeout forms to ensure job completion

Educate and advise customers on system maintenance and functionality

Ensure compliance with all codes, regulations, and company standards

Collaborate with sales and customer service teams for a seamless installation process

Maintain a safe work environment and follow all safety policies

What We’re Looking For :

Minimum of 1 year experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair

Proficiency in using HVAC tools and diagnostic equipment

Strong understanding of HVAC systems and components

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members

Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
