Action Property Management, a premier management company, is seeking a Full-Time Door Host to join our team at our luxury residential community, Pacific Gate located in San Diego.
Compensation: $19 - $20 an hour
Schedule: Friday – Tuesday: 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM

- Greet and welcome residents, guests, and visitors upon their arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression.
- Answer telephones and address people who have approached the property with politeness and clarity.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the Association’s rules, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information and assistance.
- Familiarize oneself with the Association’s amenities and surroundings to guide and assist residents and their guests effectively.
- Operate and park vehicles, including those with manual transmissions, safely and efficiently.
- Six months of customer service experience. Preferably valet or greeter experience in hospitality or luxury property management.
- Must have a valid California Driver’s License
- Polished and professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Strong critical thinking skills. Must be solutions oriented and understand "white glove service".
- High attention to detail.
- Personable and capable of building a strong rapport with residents and guests.
- Team player.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
