Action seeks an onsite Housekeeper to join our team in Dallas. Must be fluent in English and be comfortable communicating with team members and clients.
\n- Perform daily cleaning and upkeep of common areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, fitness centers, recreational rooms, and other shared spaces.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces to maintain a pristine and hygienic environment.
- Respond promptly to housekeeping requests or concerns reported by residents, guests, or management.
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and hand soap in restrooms and other designated areas.
- Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables appropriately, ensuring adherence to sustainability practices.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damage to the Housekeeping Supervisor or Property Manager.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
- Maintain and organize cleaning supplies and equipment, notifying management when replenishment is needed.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned, such as deep cleaning or event preparation.
- Exhibit a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with residents, guests, and team members.
- Must be over 18 years of age and successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience in a residential, hospitality, or commercial setting is a plus.
- Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
