Action Property Management, the leader in community management, is seeking a full-time Manager Assistant to join our team at our team. The Manager Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the team. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
The Manager Assistant will be supporting our luxury association, Daniel Burnham Court in San Francisco. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Manager Assistant plays a crucial role in providing administrative and technical support to ensure the seamless operation of the association. As a Manager Assistant, you'll collaborate closely with the General Manager, assisting with various tasks such as drafting letters, managing Action List items, maintaining a correspondence log by Association, and contributing to research projects as required.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am to 5:00pm
Compensation: $40 per hour comprehensive benefits package

\n- Administrative Support - Manage daily office operations, handle correspondence, schedule appointments, and prepare reports.
- Resident Services - Assist residents with inquiries, process payments, and coordinate move-ins/move outs.
- Architectural Review - Support the architectural review process, including scheduling meetings and tracking project progress.
- Financial Management- Assist with financial tasks, such as processing invoices and maintaining records.
- General Support - Perform various tasks as assigned, such as coordinating meetings, preparing communications, and managing vendor relationships.
- At least 1 year of administrative or clerical experience. HOA property management experience is a plus!
- High School Diploma or equivalent. College education preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm
- Ability to multitask and manage competing deadlines
