Your Role
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about connecting people with opportunities? As a Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll be a vital part of our Talent Acquisition team, ensuring a seamless hiring process and supporting recruitment efforts.
\n- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
- Post job openings across various platforms, including job boards and social media.
- Support sourcing efforts by screening resumes and engaging potential candidates.
- Communicate with candidates, providing updates and answering inquiries.
- Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS) with hiring progress.
- Organize recruitment events such as job fairs and hiring days.
- Prepare employment offer letters and manage post-offer tasks, including background checks, onboarding paperwork, and new hire orientation for corporate roles.
- Process team member transfers and promotions.
- Generate and share recruitment reports and metrics.
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth Talent Acquisition operations.
- Grow with us: Receive hands-on training to step in as a backup recruiter, gaining experience in sourcing, initial interviews, and offer negotiations.
- 1 year of administrative experience. Previous experience in HR or recruiting preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility to attend hiring events, including occasional travel as needed.
- Must be able to work out of the Irvine corporate office at least 2 days out of the week.
- Team player who can collaborate effectively with recruiters and other stakeholders to achieve hiring goals.
- Adaptable with the ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
- Proactive attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional candidate experience.
