Action Property Management is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Front Desk Attendant to join our team at Solair Wilshire, a premier luxury residential high-rise in Koreatown, Los Angeles. In this role, you will play a key part in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for homeowners, guests, and vendors; while delivering five-star, concierge-level service. Given the diverse community at Solair, fluency in Korean and English is required to ensure seamless communication and exceptional resident support.
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
Compensation: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour plus benefits

What You’ll Do:
Provide a warm, professional, and welcoming presence at the front desk for residents, guests, and vendors.
Deliver concierge-style service by assisting with resident requests, offering local recommendations, and addressing inquiries with a high level of hospitality.
Maintain the front desk, lobby, and main common areas to ensure a clean and polished appearance.
Answer and direct phone calls and emails, providing prompt and courteous assistance.
Monitor building access, sign in and out guests and vendors, and enforce security protocols.
Review vendor insurance and process approvals.
Manage package deliveries, logging and distributing parcels efficiently.
Oversee amenity reservations and service elevator bookings for residents.
Record and report resident violations, such as pets off-leash or policy breaches.
Maintain daily activity logs and incident reports to keep detailed records of building operations.
Conduct occasional property walkthroughs to ensure all common areas are in excellent condition.
Who You Are (Skills & Experience):
Fluent in both Korean and English (required).
At least two years of customer service experience, preferably in hospitality, luxury retail, or fine dining.
Experience in Hospitality Management or Lodging/Hotel Hospitality is highly desired.
A polished and professional appearance and demeanor.
An upbeat and positive team player with a proactive customer service approach.
Strong judgment, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
Ability to stay organized and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
High school diploma/GED or equivalent required.
