Action Rent All and Events is seeking a reliable and hardworking Yard Hand to join our team!
About the Role:
As a Yard Lead, you will play a vital role in keeping our rental yard running smoothly. You will assist with various tasks, ensuring a clean and organized environment for our customers. This hands-on position requires physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions.
Responsibilities:
-Assist customers with checking in and checking out rental equipment.
-Perform general maintenance on small equipment, such as lawn mowers, generators, and power tools.
-Maintain a clean and debris-free rental yard for customer safety and ease of access.
-Contribute to landscaping and complete minor tasks around the yard.
Qualifications:
-Previous experience working with small equipment and/or rental equipment preferred.
-Knowledge of small equipment, lawn and garden equipment, skid steers, and excavators (a plus).
-Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods of time.
-Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
-Mechanical knowledge is a plus.
