What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bendi position at Action Resource Management?
We are looking for a Bendi driver must have EXPERIENCE! Will move boxes, packages and material around the facilities. You may the Bendi with the utmost care to ensure efficiency and safety. You must have verifiable experience to be a responsible individual with great experience in driving industrial forklift vehicles. The goal will be to ensure that material and products will always be at the right place to achieve maximum efficiency. You will be TESTED on your level of experience and skills. Must maintain current OSHA lift credentials , capable of operating (Toyota/Yale/Crown/Nissan, Raymond) lift equipment, valid CDL, presentable, must passed a drug test and back ground check, trustworthy, responsible person, capable of handling all warehouse functions, RF Scanner, English speaking, quick learner, capable of multi-tasking, capable of working independently and as a team, knowledgeable with FIFO & LOT Control, well organized, inventory, capable of cycle counting, critical thinker, day shift; however must have a flexible work schedule Mon-Fri, must maintain excellent attendance, must maintain a flexible work schedule Mon-Fri. 8:00am-5:00pm , steel toed shoe/boot is required, no sneakers, no shorts allowed.
- Unload materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stack them to assigned places
- Order Picker pulling and picking orders
- Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment
- Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies
- Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular maintenance
- Keep updated records of inventory and activity logs
- Comply with company policies and legal guidelines
- Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities
Skills
- Proven experience as a Bendi Forklift Operator
- Attention to detail and familiarity with industrial equipment
- Excellent physical condition and coordination
- Valid certification to operate forklifts
- High school diploma/GED

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Warehouse distribution: 2 years (Preferred)
- Cherry picker: 2 years (Required)
- Bendi/ Aisle Master: 2 years (Preferred)
- Order fulfillment: 2 years (Preferred)
