Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Admin Assistant to join our team. The HR Admin Assistant will be responsible for assisting with various HR functions and providing support to the HR department. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be proficient in HR software systems, and have a solid understanding of HR best practices. Bilingual in English and Spanish a must
Duties:
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Conduct new hire orientations and assist with onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Assist with performance management processes, including tracking performance reviews and providing support to managers
- Coordinate employee training programs and maintain training records
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and terminations
- Support the HR team in strategic planning initiatives and project management
- Assist with employee relations issues and provide guidance to employees as needed
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate HR databases and files
- Assist with payroll processing using Paylocity or similar software
- Able to lift/ carry up to 10lbs-15lbs for office supplies
Experience:
- 2 years of experience in an HR role or related field
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with social media management for recruitment purposes is a plus
