Role Description and Responsibilities
Full-time on-site role located in Watertown, TN.
Responding to emergency situations
Accessing the needs of the job and the customer
Performing mitigation and restoration services such as water extraction, moving of contents, demo of structural materials, using power tools, setting and monitoring of drying equipment, and cleaning as necessary.
Maintain clear communication with the customer and office.

Qualifications
Valid Driver's License
Must be 21 Years Old
Knowledge of water and fire damage restoration processes
Experience in mitigation and restoration projects
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards
Experience working in the restoration or construction industry is a plus
Certifications in restoration and mitigation are beneficial
