Dispatcher

Action Road Solutions, a FirstLine Road Solutions company, in Redwood City, CA is looking for a quality dispatcher to join our growing team. An ideal dispatcher is someone who likes multi-tasking, is a creative problem solver, communicates well in a team environment, and has excellent customer service skills in person and over the phone. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Ensure Exceptional Customer Service

· Answer incoming calls from customers

· Using TowBook to dispatch trucks to customers

· Documenting conversations

· Helping drivers trouble shoot problems

· Assessing the safety of road side situations

· TowBook expert ensuring all call information, notes, pricing, and customer information is entered and correct

· Ensuring customers and drivers receive timely and accurate dispatch help

· Helping drivers trouble shoot issues

· All other duties as assigned by Supervisor

Supervisory Responsibilities

· There are no supervisory responsibilities for this role.

Qualifications

· 1 Year experience in customer service

· 1 year experience with dispatching

· Extremely organized and detailed oriented

· High school diploma or equivalent

· TowBook experience preferred.

*Must reside near Redwood City, CA.
