If you possess some or all of the following skills, you may have what it takes to be a part of our high performance team;

REQUIRED SKILLS and Duties of Assistant to Service Advisor and

Parts Specialist:

Service;

1. Perform tasks as requested by Service Advisor or Supervisor.

2. Update service work orders on a daily basis as requested by Service Advisor

3. Learn to navigate service and parts modules in Cirrus DMS

4. Cash out customers at point of purchase

5. Follow up with all service customers in regards to service experience at Action RV and ask if repairs are adequate

6. Greet customers as they enter store

7. Be the primary person answering phones, take accurate messages

8. Assist as requested

9. Status updates for all service customers

Parts;

1. Cash out parts customers

2. Assist with populating purchase orders

3. Assist with receiving orders

4. Label parts with bar code price labels

5. Place parts in correct location

6. Perform inventory cycle counts

7. Assist with helping customers locate parts

8. Learn to navigate various parts distributer websites in regards to looking up parts and prices

9. Keep parts and shelving clean and in a professional appearance

10. Assist parts leader as requested

11. Status updates for all parts customers with parts on order

General;

1. Assist with Friday afternoon cleaning

2. Assist in shop when needed

You are the primary customer greeter and phone receptionist

We will train you to be a top notch RV Service Advisor-Parts Department Assistant if you have the ability to learn and are ambitious. Action RV encourages anyone that has exceptional customer service, task switching, ability to focus and attention to detail skills to apply.
