What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Help Desk Technician position at Action Safety Supply Co LLC?
- Help Desk/Junior Admin will provide primary day-to-day support for end users in maintaining workstations and interacting with our networks and software
- Creating, modifying, and deleting user accounts, assigning permissions, and resetting passwords
- Identifying and resolving common technical problems with computer systems, network connectivity, and applications
- Providing first-level technical assistance to end-users regarding computer issues
- Conduct Hardware inventory, capture serial-number, model number and input captured data in hardware database
- Knowledge or willing to learn how to install or repair network cables and WIFI networks.
- Troubleshooting or replacing network cameras around complex.
- Set up workstations for new users and upgrade systems as needed
- Respond to Helpdesk tickets and manage Helpdesk queue
- Work with end users to solve existing problems
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
