Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel, taking messages when necessary.
- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining an organized reception area.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, typing, and proofreading documents to ensure accuracy.
- Utilize computer systems to manage data entry and maintain records efficiently.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including supporting management with personal assistant duties.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies.
Experience
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is preferred but not required.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for maintaining accurate records.
- A background in clerical work or customer service will be advantageous in this position.
