Temporary Laborer

Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Laborers. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the operations of our projects. This position requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. As a Laborer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites to ensure a safe working environment.
• Perform manual labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools as needed for various tasks.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to specifications.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition by cleaning and performing minor repairs.
• Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors promptly.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to following safety guidelines.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
