Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted AI advisor, guiding clients in optimizing AI-generated content, refining prompts, and enhancing automation workflows.
- Troubleshoot AI and workflow-related issues, assisting customers with document processing failures, prompt inconsistencies, and automation gaps.
- Establish and maintain regular communication cadences with enterprise clients, ensuring engagement, retention, and proactive issue resolution.
- Proactively identify upsell and expansion opportunities, leveraging usage data and customer insights to recommend additional features or integrations.
Required Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Technical Account Management within a SaaS or AI-driven organization.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools, large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, or AI-driven automation platforms.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively and professionally with enterprise clients.
Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
