About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to build and manage lasting relationships with our SaaS clients. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, driving product adoption, and identifying opportunities for upsell and renewal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for accounts, ensuring successful onboarding and engagement.
  • Drive product adoption and deliver training tailored to client-specific goals.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with sales to expand account value.
  • Establish and maintain a regular cadence of communication with clients to address their needs.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and act as an advocate for clients within the organization.
  • Provide feedback to the product team to drive continuous improvement based on client input.

Required Qualifications :

  • 5-8 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles within SaaS organizations.
  • Proven ability to drive client engagement and meet retention, upsell, and renewal goals.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce and a deep understanding of SaaS platforms.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model, with 2-3 days per week in the office in the Northern Virginia area.
  • Comfort wearing multiple hats and working cross-functionally to support client needs and company growth.
  • Strong communication, relationship management, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, dedicated to learning AI and the Proposal Industry independently.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Technical acumen and communication skills to bridge the gap between client challenges and the data science team for continuous product improvement.
  • Experience working in a startup environment or similar fast-paced settings.
  • Experience managing very high customer communication volume.
  • Excited about AI-driven solutions and their application in solving complex client challenges.
