Our client is looking for a talented Product Manager to help drive the evolution of their Portfolio Management platform. Position Overview
The Product Manager / Business Analyst will serve as a vital link between their clients and development teams. This role focuses on optimizing client onboarding processes, managing agile sprints, translating business needs into actionable requirements, and continuously refining internal workflows to ensure that product features are delivered on time and meet client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding: Design and implement efficient client onboarding processes; serve as the primary point-of-contact, addressing challenges and ensuring satisfaction
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture ongoing client relationships to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement
- Board Oversight: Oversee internal development and customer request boards to prioritize work effectively
- Agile Sprint Management: Plan, manage, and execute agile sprints in close collaboration with developers; facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and client feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements
- Requirements Gathering: Translate complex business needs into actionable requirements and user stories
- Visual Documentation: Create flow charts, mockups, and wireframes using tools like Figma or similar
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor KPIs related to onboarding, sprint performance, and overall project progress
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between clients, technical teams, and business units to align project goals
- Process Improvement: Continuously refining internal processes for product management and client onboarding
Required Skills and Experience
- 3-6 years of experience in product management or business analysis, preferably within fintech or technology
- Demonstrated success in client-facing roles, particularly in client onboarding
- Expertise in Agile project management methodologies
- Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for tracking, documentation, and sprint management
- Strong ability to write concise requirements and create clear visual documentation
- Experience with portfolio management platforms is a plus.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Experience managing SaaS products, especially for financial institutions
- Technical acumen with an understanding of software development life cycles and database management
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles to enhance customer interaction and satisfaction
- Proven track record in risk management and performance metrics reporting
Salary : $100,000 - $140,000
