Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff, fostering a high-performing, motivated team culture.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and market share in the Phoenix area.
- Performance Management: Monitor sales performance metrics, provide regular reports to management, and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the pest control or home services industry.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of termite control or pest control services is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally.
