Overview : Join our dynamic team as a Sales and Relationship Manager , where you'll play a pivotal role in driving business growth and fostering long-term customer relationships. This exciting position involves retaining and growing existing accounts while also reconnecting with former customers to reignite their interest and expand our business. You'll be the key liaison between our valued customers and our innovative internal teams, ensuring satisfaction! Key Responsibilities :

Customer Relationship Management :

  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with a portfolio of customers as their primary point of contact.
  • Proactively communicate with customers to understand their needs and expectations.

Account Growth :

  • Identify opportunities for account growth and work towards expanding the services provided to customers.
  • Call previously engaged customers to re-engage them and grow the business.
  • Track and report on key metrics to measure account growth and performance.
  • Liaison and Coordination :

  • Serve as the primary liaison between customers and Action’s cross-functional internal teams (such as product development, customer service, and operations).
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, project progress, and account activities in the CRM.
  • Feedback and Improvement :

  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in services and processes.
  • Work with internal teams to implement improvements and enhance customer experience.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve account management strategies.
  • Working Conditions :

  • This is an in-person position requiring Monday-Friday office attendance.
  • This position reports directly to the Sales Manager

    Requirements : Qualifications :

  • Excellent phone and email communication skills.
  • Experience and success in upselling and cross selling via outbound communication
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage internal and external relationships.
  • A team player willing to assist other team members as needed.
