Action Water Sports is looking to fill the position of Dock & Lift Assistant at our Traverse City location. Our Traverse City location services the Northern Michigan boating community and carry premier brands such as MasterCraft Boats, Barletta Pontoons, and Cobalt Boats. **Starting pay based on experience**
The Dock & Lift Specialist responsibilities include:
- High level customer service skills to assist in the delivery and pick up of dock & lift materials
- Highly organized with high-level inventory management skills
- General dock and lift operations including cleaning and assembly of dock and boat lifts
- Driving to and from multiple locations so a good driving record is a must
- Assist in other departments such as boat delivery and detailing
Technical and Physical Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work safely around the water
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Basic boat handling skills preferred
- Knowledge of dock construction and repair preferred
- Knowledge of basic power tools preferred
