Action Water Sports is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our team. The Parts Advisor will be responsible for assisting customers and service technicians with parts orders, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a smooth flow of parts for repairs and upgrades. Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers and technicians in identifying and locating the correct boat parts and accessories.
- Process parts orders, including special orders and warranty claims.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and restock parts as needed.
- Develop strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Provide pricing estimates and ensure accurate billing for parts sales.
- Organize and maintain the parts department for efficiency and cleanliness.
- Keep up to date on new products, industry trends, and manufacturer updates.
- Assist in merchandising and displaying parts and accessories in the showroom.
- Support the service department by ensuring technicians have the necessary parts for repairs.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a parts department, preferably in the marine, automotive, or powersports industry.
- Knowledge of boat engines, marine accessories, and repair parts.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and dealership software.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to lift and carry parts and supplies as needed.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with marine brands such as Mercury, Yamaha, Volvo Penta, and Ilmor.
- Boating industry experience or personal boating knowledge.
- Certification in parts or inventory management is a plus.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
