Action Water Sports is seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. As the liaison between our customers and the service department, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient service experience. Your primary duties will include scheduling service appointments, communicating repair needs, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assess their boat service needs.
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate workflow with technicians.
- Provide accurate estimates for repairs, maintenance, and warranty work.
- Communicate repair recommendations and timelines clearly to customers.
- Ensure all work orders are documented accurately and updated regularly.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers by providing timely updates.
- Collaborate with technicians and parts departments to ensure efficient service.
- Process payments and warranty claims as needed.
- Uphold dealership standards for customer satisfaction and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a service advisor, preferably in the marine, automotive, or powersports industry.
- Strong knowledge of boat mechanics, maintenance, and repair processes.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple service requests efficiently.
- Proficiency in computer systems, including dealership service software.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Boating industry experience or personal boating knowledge.
- Familiar with marine engine brands such as Mercury, Yamaha, Volvo Penta, and Ilmor.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
