Sales Associate

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. You will engage with customers to understand their needs, demonstrate products, and negotiate sales effectively. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of inside and outside sales experience, with a strong emphasis on technology sales and retail environments.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Proven experience in inside sales, outside sales, or retail sales environments.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
• Familiarity with technology sales is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Ability to analyze data and market trends for informed decision-making.
• Experience in conducting product demos is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and territory management capabilities.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
